GEARXPRO L.L.C-FZ intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund.

The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer by sending an email requesting authorization for the return within 72 working hours of delivery and only on the condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
GEARXPRO L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to request images of products to be returned to customers.

From the authorization for the return, the customer is required to use fast shipping to carry it out, as the package must arrive at our office within 14 days, otherwise we will not accept the collection and the package will return to the customer.



RETURN CONDITIONS


To send one or more returns to GEARXPRO L.L.C-FZ, the Customer is required to comply with precise conditions:
A) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.

B) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.

C) - All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

D) - The goods to be returned must be delivered no later than 14 working days from the return authorization

E) - The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item must forward the return procedure and place a new order on the GEARXPro-sports website.
GEARXPRO L.L.C-FZ reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

F) - Any defects in the items must be reported promptly within 72 working hours of receiving the order.


RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE


A) - To request authorization for a return or exchange, the Customer must send a request to the address store@gearxpro-sports.com within 72 working hours from the receipt of the goods. The e-mail must specify the order code, name, and items that are intended to be returned. Once the return request is received, GEARXPro-sports customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.

B) - The shipping price will be paid by the Customer.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk: GEARXPRO L.L.C-FZ is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned items will be inspected by GEARXPRO L.L.C-FZ staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. GEARXPRO L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

C) In the event that a return request is made, it will be effective subject to our authorization, shipping costs and any customs costs will be borne by the customer.

The amount will be deducted from the final refund. If the customer chooses to receive a credit, they will receive a code that can be used for another order and in this case the amount will be the same as the returned items. It is not possible to request credit coupons during sales periods.

D) In ​​the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Gearxpro-sports.com, he is required to follow the same instructions above. GEARXPRO L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.

E) GEARXPRO L.L.C-FZ also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.


For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.

REIMBURSEMENT
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by crediting the credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer.
